| We are sorry but due to an insufficient number of teams wishing to participate in our Thanksgiving Day Tournament, we have chosen to cancel it for this year. We thank all the teams that wished to participate and hope to be able to have a successful tournament next year. |

| The Twin Hills ASA Fastpitch Softball board has
voted to change the player's age limit next season. If you have not turned 19 before December 31, 2009 you are eligible to play the 2009 softball season at Twin Hills. Please get the word out to those that left us last season. league, we are looking at sponsoring a
Twin Hills first "Annual Thanksgiving Tournament" November 28th,
29th, and 30th at Twin Hills Youth Park. Tournament fees will be

successful if not for the Twin Hills Youth Park's Snack-Bar, the
chicken basket was the most noted mention! Thank you for supporting

| Divisional standings will not be updated until all game
scores for each day has been received. Refer to the date on
the Divisional Standings page for when the standings where last
updated. I will continue to update individual team schedules and Master schedules indicating missing scores with yellow highlight. Picture day is coming up quickly. Majority of Team Managers/Coaches have received pitcher package forms and time slot for their teams. To ease the photo process, please have these forms filled out and ready when team photo's are scheduled. As each photo package will have to be processed prior to photo's, please arrive in advance of team time slot to ensure all paperwork is processed prior to scheduled time. | Thanks to all for the great turnout during yesterdays opening
ceremonies. Some of you may have heard of the medical incident on the Seniors field yesterday. A reminder to make sure everyone, players, coaches, manager, umpires, and fans keep hydrated during this season. We do have some bad news about yesterdays festivities, it seems we have lost one of our family members that is dearly missed. If anyone has seen or heard of a one "Canon Elfh Digital Camera in a black case", please contact one of the board members so we can return the family member to its owners. |

"Supplemental Rules" have been voted on to be in effect immediately,
some items are just re-instatements of current rules. A complete
revision of 2008 Supplemental Rules is ongoing, as such I have
removed the link to that page. Plan is to have printed copies,

Team Managers: Uniforms will be available for pick up
starting tomorrow, Tuesday July 1 at Twin
Hills from 4:30 till 7:00. We will be
available throughout the week to pass out
uniforms and finish paperwork.
Any player who has not paid before July
1st will not be eligible to play until they
pay. (unless previous arrangements are made
with Treasurer, Emily Calabio.
Those few of you that still owe for the
coaches shirts must pay before shirts will
be issued.
Reminder, any coach that is on the field
or in the dug out are
required to fill out the proper paperwork
and pay the $5.00 background check. Any one
who has not completed this will not be
allowed to be on the field.
Some
changes were made to Divisional Teams/Schedules. I will
provide specifics as defined. Supplemental Rules are being reviewed, standby. Nothing new from what was discussed during our last Coaches/Managers meeting. Thank you for your patients. |

this time change. Twin Hills 08 Supplemental Rules have been updated reflecting new/re-emphasizing game length times for Junior/Intermediate/Seniors, batting helmet requirements, play off policies. Changes/emphases have been underlined and highlighted in yellow. Online game score submission has been updated to reflect new team names. |

| Mark your calendars: July 27, 2008 will
be picture day. Your league fees will include the following picture package per player: (1) 3x 5 Individual (1) 3Button (4) Wallets (1) 5x 7 Team (1) Memory Mate Holder (with League Name and Year) Additional photos can be purchased as outlined on the picture order form that each player will be provided. A detailed schedule for team times will be provided at a later date. |

| Twin Hills By Laws, Code of Conduct, 08 Supplemental
Rules are now available. Copy of insurance will be available
soon. Equipment issue will be available this Friday (May 23) between 4:30 - 6:00 pm. Board Treasurer will also be available this Friday for fund collection between 4:30 - 5:30. Reminder to all players, helmets are required to have a face guard and chin straps. P.S. Sorry about some of the mix ups in the Photo Gallery (08 Draft Try-Outs). If you can't find yourself in your appropriate division, take a look at the other divisions. I think I was able to get a couple of shots of each girl. If not, I apologize. Keep an eye out for more photo's throughout the season. For all of the other parents out there in the digital age, please share your photo's. Just drop me an email (webmaster) and I will coordinate a drop off location with you. |
