Use the link on the left to find your time slots.  We ask that you have your teams arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure ample time to take care of payments and paper work.

Divisional Standings

On the main link, left, "10' Division Standings" is the actual divisional standings based on number of games played.

Under each Divisional page you will also see a link for your specific Division standings.  This reflects, as of the date stated, standings based on winning percentage not on an equal number of games within your division.

So, if you want to look at where you currently stand based on the date, look at your individual Divisional Pages.

From our Players Agent:

"Just wanted to remind you all to please turn in your scores on line via the score submission tab. If you don't turn it in by 10:00 p.m. on the day of your game it will be a forfeit score of 7 - 0. We let you guys slide a little last week to get used to it. Thank you all.

 Another thing please return the score keeping book the same way you received it. We have lost pencil pouches and pencils already in the first week. Please keep everything together. Thanks

Seniors: Please let me know your numbers. There have been allot of changes in the last week. Please let me know. If any one else beside the senior teams are not at the right number please let me know.

Also, if your having problems with a player please let your rep know ASAP so we can take care of it right away.

 I've added the end of season Playoff Brackets and game photo's link.
As always, if anyone does not desire their photo's to be posted, please contact me via the webmaster@thsoftball.com email address.

Divisional Standings:  I will update the divisional standings once enough games have been played.  If I am missing a game score for a division, the standings will only be updated to the last date all scores have been received.

Game Score Submission:  Was just reminded... When a score is "0" (zero), please enter a "00" in the score box on the submission form.

 Keep on eye on the "Mark Your Calendars" on the right column for events coming up.

We have found a Tan "Omaha Pro" Glove that was left in a Junior dugout.  It will be available for claiming at the field tomorrow between 5:30 and 7:00pm

The last three days entries have reminded HOME TEAM's that you are responsible for submitting game scores.  We cannot maintain accurate standings if we are missing game scores.  Please ensure you submit your scores by 10:00pm game days. After this week I will enforce the forfeit rules for game scores not submitted.

Missing scores are reflected on the right column.

HOME TEAMS:
  You must submit your game scores via the Score Submission link prior to 10:00 pm the day of your game.  If I do not receive a score the game will be recorded as a lost for the HOME TEAM with a score of 7-0.

Reminder Home Teams,  you must submit your game scores as soon as possible after completion of game.  If a score is not received by 10:00 pm the night of your game, it will be scored as a forfeit for the home team.

Because there were technical difficulties for this evenings Score Submission link, teams that played tonight have until tomorrow to submit via the link.

There will be "Score Keeper" training held this Thursday @ 6:00pm above the Twin Hills Snack Bar.

If I have already taken you photo for your ID's, they will be available for pickup Tuesday (6th)

I will be available Wednesday (7th) for taking photo for ID's between 5:00 and 6:00.

ID Badges not picked up will be available with the on duty Board Member during game nights.

I will be at Twin Hills tomorrow between 5:30 and 7:30 for ID Badges.  This may be your last opportunity to obtain your badges prior to season start.

There will be training for all score keepers on June 22nd at 6:00pm above the Twin Hills Snack Bar.  All score keepers are required to attend.

Teams schedules will be provided during the Managers uniform pickup, June 29th @ 6:30pm.

I will be available for identification badges on Monday, June 21st and Thursday the 24th (Between 5:30 - 7:30). All required paperwork is available via the Reports/Forms link. Reminder that we require a copy of your Drivers License and a $6.00 processing fee.

The ASA Background check form is now available for download.

Use the "Reports/Forms" link to navigate to forms.  For all Managers/Coaches that will be in the dugout or on the field during practice(s) or game play must complete:

Coaches Application

Twin Hills will provide Managers/Coaches ID cards this season.  These ID's must be worn during all games and visible to the duty board members.  If a Coach/Manager is found on the field without their ID they will be asked to leave the game until their Coach/Manger ID can be produced.

Photo's for these ID cards will be taken during the Coaches/Managers meetings.

In preparation for the 2010 season registration

All new and returning players must bring their birth certificate for verification.

All registration paperwork and payment must be provided at the time of registration. There will not be any dropping off of missing paperwork/payments at a later date.

All players must provide a contact phone number and an Emergency Contact name and number.

PLAYERS MUST BE PRESENT to sign the Code of Conduct and to ensure the correct uniform size is ordered.

Prospective new/returning Managers/Coaches must complete a "Coaches Application & Non-Felony" and "ASA Background" form.   All applicants must provide their Drivers License along with a $5.00 processing fee.

Players will not be eligible to play until all paperwork and payments have been completed/processed.

There will be a service fee of $25.00 dollars for all returned checks and
player(s) will not be eligible to play until all payment(s) have been settled.
